The spare wheel on the Volkswagen Transporter is located under the vehicle's floor, at the height of the loading area: to remove the wheel from its housing, loosen the screws securing the locking bracket so that it can be removed. The wheel can then be taken out from its place, allowing it to be used to replace the damaged wheel: the latter can now be fitted in place of the spare wheel, securing it with the appropriate bracket.
