The following steps will show us the process of disassembly and replacement of the fuel filter of the Volkswagen Transporter 1.9. First of all, we open the hood of the vehicle and start disassembling and removing the coolant tank, in order to access the fuel filter; then we disconnect the filter hoses, pressing on the side tabs, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the cartridge and replace it with the new one, as well as with the original one; we install it in the correct direction and finally reassemble the tank, then start the engine!
