Battery replacement for the Volvo V40

In this video we see how to proceed to replace the battery of the Volvo V40. We open the front hood, remove the center partition of the front fascia, remove the air intake of the filter, loosen the clamp to detach the outlet hose of the filter box and then disassemble it into its three parts. We remove the plate with the wiring above the battery, isolating the terminals for safety, disconnect the negative and positive pole terminals, detach the fuse box from its seat. We can then remove the old battery, remove the perimeter protection and reassemble it on the new battery that we will position in its seat after cleaning it. We start reassembling the various components proceeding backwards from the disassembly.
