Replacing the remote control battery of the Volvo XC40, as we can see in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. To do this, we will need a small screwdriver with a flat tip and a replacement battery of type CR2032. First, we release the rear door by pressing the appropriate button, then we also remove the front door by operating the internal lever indicated.

We then open the circular cap, remove the old battery and insert the replacement, being careful to respect the polarity. To put everything back together, just follow the reverse procedure.
