Let's discover the instructions to disassemble and replace the battery of the key fob for the Volvo XC40. First, take the key fob in hand and remove the physical key from inside it. Next, remove the plastic back cover to access the battery, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new battery, the correct type (in this case, a CR 2032 3V), inserting it in the correct orientation.

Reassemble the key fob casing and test the button functionality!
