How to Replace the Key Fob Battery of a Volvo XC40

Today, with the help of this short video tutorial, follow these steps to replace the battery in the remote/key fob of the Volvo XC40. The first step is to remove both covers of the remote; to do this, simply press the top part. Once the remote is open, you will notice that one side holds the metal key, while the other side contains the battery. Remove the battery cover as shown in the video and take out the battery. Insert the new battery and reassemble everything. This procedure is the same for the remote/key fob of the Volvo XC60.
