How do you reset the Service light on a Volvo V50?

Model: Volvo V50 MK 1 - Years 2004-2012

It will be possible to completely reset the Service light on the instrument panel of the Volvo V50 by pressing and holding the button located on the right side of the panel: the button should be held down while the panel is off. Next, you need to insert the key into the ignition and turn on the panel while continuing to hold the corresponding button: a flashing "i" will appear in the center of the display. When the icon has flashed three times, you can release the button and turn off the instrument panel; after turning it back on, you can check that the Service light has been successfully reset.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
