How do you reset the Service light on the Volvo V50?

Model: Volvo V50 MK 1 - Years 2004-2012

In order to reset the Service light of the Volvo V50, you need to press and hold the TRIP button located on the lower side of the instrument panel while the panel is turned off. Keep holding the button, then insert the ignition key and turn it to position two. This will turn on the panel and the button should be kept pressed until a flashing "i" appears on the panel. At this point, you can release the button, and the "i" will disappear from the panel indicating that the Service light has been reset successfully.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
