Video tutorial

To remove the front headlight of a Volvo V50, open the bonnet and locate the upper fastening pins of the headlight assembly. Remove the two locking pins by pulling them upwards until they are completely freed from their seat.

Once removed, grasp the headlight and pull it forward, sliding it out of the housing. When the headlight is partially extracted, disconnect the rear electrical connector by pressing the locking tab. After disconnecting the wiring, you can fully remove the headlight assembly from the vehicle.

For reassembly, connect the connector, reinsert the headlight into the guide, and reposition the pins until fully locked.
