In this video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the rear brake and parking brake pads on the second series Volvo V40. First we lift the car and start by removing the rear wheel; then we go to unscrew the rear screws of the brake caliper, using a 7 mm hex wrench, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the metal stops of the brake pads and extract the caliper; then remove and replace the pads contained inside, cleaning the caliper from residual dirt; finally we reassemble everything!
