Detailed instructions - To remove the instrument cluster from a Volvo 740, you need to remove the plastic covers located at the bottom left and right of the instrument cluster. Once these are removed, you can loosen the two screws underneath to extract the instrument cluster from its housing. After extraction, disconnect the connectors at the rear to completely remove it. Once the instrument cluster is removed, you can replace it by inserting the new part into the housing after connecting it to the connectors and securing it with the corresponding screws.
