To be able to remove the instrument cluster from the Volvo 740, the plastic covers at the bottom left and right of the instrument cluster must be removed. Once these have been removed, it will be possible to loosen the two screws underneath, in order to extract the instrument panel from its housing. Once extracted, it will be necessary to unhook the connectors connected at the rear to be able to remove it completely. Once the instrument panel has been removed, it will be possible to replace it by inserting the new part into the housing after connecting it to the connectors and fixing it with the relative screws.
