How to Replace the Timing Belt on a Volvo XC60?

The timing belt on the Volvo XC60 is located on the left side of the engine compartment: to remove it, you need to open the hood and access the left side of the engine block, under the corresponding protective panel. Once the panel is removed, you can locate the belt underneath, which can be removed by loosening its tension: to loosen the tension, you will need to remove the tensioner pulley and then remove the belt itself. The new belt should now be installed around the pulleys, bringing it into tension with the installation of the pulley.
