To change the motor oil of a Yamaha MT-07, start by positioning the motorcycle on a flat and stable surface, preferably using a central or side stand. It is important to warm up the engine for a few minutes so that the oil becomes more fluid and flows more easily during draining. Then turn off the engine and make sure the motorcycle is securely in place. Locate the oil drain plug under the engine and place a suitable container to collect the old oil. Carefully unscrew the drain plug using an appropriate wrench, being careful not to burn yourself. Allow all the oil to completely drain out, waiting a few minutes to ensure there are no residues left inside the engine. Once the oil has been completely drained, screw the drain plug back in and tighten it securely, but not too tight, to avoid damaging the threads. At this point, take the new oil recommended in the Yamaha MT-07 manual and slowly pour it into the oil tank through the top opening. Fill it up to the correct level, being careful not to overfill it. After completing the change, start the engine and let it run for a few minutes, then turn it off and check the level again to make sure it is correct.
