In this video tutorial, we will see how to remove and replace the battery on a Yamaha R1, following the instructions provided below. First, remove the rider's seat from your bike; then unscrew the side fastening screws of the battery bracket to remove the top cover, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, disconnect the two battery terminals by unscrewing the positive and negative terminal screws, and remove the battery; simply replace it with the new one of the correct type, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
