Model: Yamaha Yamaha R 6
Let's start by placing our Yamaha R6 on the motorcycle center stand, then start the engine and let it idle. Once a couple of minutes have passed, we will have to turn off the engine and place a container under the oil pan. Once this is done, we will have to unscrew the lower cap of the oil pan. By doing so, the engine oil will end up inside the container. Once this is done, we will have to screw the lower drain nut back on, and then unscrew the top filler cap. At this point, we will have to fill in the new engine oil, and we will have completed the replacement.

How to change the engine oil of Derbi FdsLet's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick! by ScegliAuto More videos
