In today's video, you will see how to bleed the cooling system and replace the antifreeze on a 2007 Yamaha R1 in simple steps. First, bleed the old coolant from the system; to do this, undo the drain screw located on the right side, as shown in the video. Next, remove the right side fairing by unscrewing the fixing screws to access the coolant reservoir; unscrew the cap and top up with the new coolant of the correct type until reaching the maximum level (but not beyond)!
