Today, follow this guide to remove and replace the battery on a Yamaha XJ6 motorcycle with these simple and quick steps. First, put the side stand down on your motorcycle and start by removing the rider's seat. Then, use a 10 mm socket spanner to undo the nuts on both battery terminals (positive and negative), as shown in the video. At this point, remove the battery from its compartment and replace it with a new one of the correct type and the same amperage. Finally, reconnect the electrical connections!
