Part: Warning light – error code

Video tutorial

If the "V-BELT" light appears on the dashboard of your Yamaha X-MAX scooter, it indicates that maintenance of the drive belt is required, a task best left to your trusted workshop. Once this is done, you will need to manually reset the light by following the instructions in this tutorial.

First, remove the front panel by unscrewing all the indicated fixing screws, then locate the white connector that has a small bridge cable connected to it. Start the engine, disconnect the connector, and reconnect it after at least 5 seconds. If done correctly, the light will disappear from the dashboard.

How to Replace the Fork on a Peugeot Kisbee?

To replace the fork on a Peugeot Kisbee, loosen the bolts securing the front wheel to its housing: you will need to unscrew the bolts that hold the corresponding nut to remove the central axle of the wheel. Next, disconnect the brake caliper from the disc and proceed by unscrewing the bolts of the fairings that surround the fork: at this point, you can loosen the bolts that secure the fork to the steering, allowing you to insert the new one. This can then be secured to the steering, covered with the fairing, and the front wheel installed.
