How do you replace the exhaust pipe of the Yamaha YZ 125?

The procedure for replacing the exhaust pipe of the Yamaha YZ 125 involves loosening the screws that secure the panel on the side of the vehicle, so that it can be removed to access the underlying exhaust pipe: once the fixing screws of the supports have been loosened, it will be possible to completely detach the exhaust pipe from the manifold, widening the fixing ring. This will allow you to insert the new exhaust pipe into its housing, so that it can be secured with the ring and reinserting the screws at the corresponding points of the side supports.

First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
