In this tutorial, you will learn how to reset the service indicator for the drive belt on the Yamaha XMAX 250 scooter, indicated by the V-BELT warning light. Before proceeding, ensure you have completed the required scheduled maintenance.

Start by inserting the key and turning on the ignition. Then, using the "Trip" button on the right handle, navigate to the service interval in question.

At this point, press and hold the "RESET" button once to initialise the reset, and a second time to complete it, holding both for five seconds. Finally, restart the ignition.
