To reset the V-Belt light on the Yamaha Xmax 250, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to activate the instrument panel. To reset the light, pull in the lever located at the base of the right-hand grip.

While holding this lever, the light will start to flash until the kilometres remaining until the next replacement are reset. Once the kilometres have increased, release the lever and turn off the ignition to complete the procedure.
