Acura Rdx - Video tutorial
Model: Acura Rdx
MK 2
- Years 2013-2018 The guide shows how to replace the engine oil and its filter on the Acura RDX Mk2. The first operation to be performed is to lift the front part of the vehicle to access the bottom of the engine. Once the bonnet is open, unscrew the oil tank cap to allow better fluid outflow. From the bottom of the vehicle, unscrew the bleed screw with a 17 mm spanner and let the lubricant flow into a container for disposal. Refit the bolt and clean off any residue. Unscrew the filter cartridge, located on the right side of the vehicle behind the right front wheel; pay attention to the oil that could leak. Install the new filter, after lubricating the gasket and clean the residues. At this point, return the vehicle to the ground and fill the oil tank. Start the engine for a few minutes and check the correct fluid level; if necessary, top up to the maximum level.
