Operation: How to change the oil and oil filter on your Acura Tlx

To change the oil and oil filter on the Acura Tlx we start by opening the engine hood, lift it up, open the oil filler cap, go under the car, remove the oil pan protector in aluminum by unscrewing the screws, with a socket wrench we unscrew the oil drain bolt, let the oil drain by placing a container underneath, finally we clean the oil drain bolt by screwing it back in and tightening it at a pressure of 30 ft/lbs , not before having given a clean in its seat. Then, always under the car, with a special key we unscrew the oil filter, let the oil drain by placing a container underneath, take the new oil filter, spread new oil on the oil filter gasket new and screw it back on after having cleaned its seat, then put the aluminum oil sump protection back on by tightening the screws. Now we can go to the top of the car engine, remove the oil filler cap, pour the liters of oil indicated by the house; when we are approximately on the liters indicated, remove the oil control dipstick, reinsert it and extract it again to check the oil level, where if the level is on the max the quantity of oil is fine otherwise carry out a top up. Finally let the engine run for a few minutes.
