The video author shows how he modified the appearance of his Acura ILX by removing the chrome from the front grille using carbon fiber wrap. First, he diligently cleaned the entire area to be worked on, and only then did he apply the wrap using a heat gun to better activate the adhesive. Once adhered, he defined the edges and removed air bubbles using a utility knife and a plastic card (loyalty cards from stores also work).
