How do you replace the timing belt of the Alfa Romeo 147?

In order to replace the timing belt of the Alfa Romeo 147, you need to lift the front right wheel of the car with a jack, so that it does not touch the ground: once this wheel has been lifted, you will need to loosen the bolts that fix it to the hub so that it can be completely removed. At this point, you will be able to locate the tensioner pulley that needs to be removed from its seat by loosening the fixing screws: once the pulley has been removed, the tension of the belt will be reduced and it will be possible to remove it to replace it with a new one.
