Guide to Removing the Seats

Model: Alfa Romeo 147 MK 1 - Years 2000-2010

The necessary tools include both Allen keys and Torx screwdrivers of various sizes. For safety, disconnect the battery from the electrical system to avoid the accidental deployment of the airbags in the seats and wait at least half an hour.
Starting with the rear seats, remove the carpet in the boot as shown in the video and fold the seat bases forward. Then unscrew the fixing screws for the backrest.
As illustrated, proceed to extract the backrest.
Next, unscrew the fixing screws for the seat bases located in the cabin and remove them.
By sliding the front seats, unscrew the fixing screws located in the tracks. Lift the seats to disconnect the cables and carefully extract them from the cabin to avoid damaging the plastics and bodywork.

In the video, the seats are replaced in an Alfa Romeo 147.
