How to Change the Cabin Air Filter of the Alfa Romeo Giulia

On the Alfa Romeo Giulia, the cabin air filter is accessed from underneath the passenger side glove compartment, so the work begins from the inside. Remove the plastic panel, then move to the area under the dashboard: here, unscrew the screws of the lower cover. Once the work area is opened on the Alfa Romeo Giulia, the ventilation unit is clearly visible, along with some wiring/connections nearby. Disconnect a connector and move a clip to avoid obstruction while accessing the filter housing. At this point, work on accessing the filter: release the cover and create an opening to extract the filter. After removing the cover, the filter is pulled out, and the new filter is inserted. The replacement is slid into the same housing, guiding it carefully until it fits correctly without any strange bends. Once the replacement is finished, close the filter housing and reassemble everything as before: reconnect the connector, replace the lower cover, tighten the screws, and finally close the finishing panel.
