To replace the cabin air filter in an Alfa Romeo 147, open the bonnet and locate the filter compartment at the base of the windscreen on the passenger side, under the plastic cover. After removing the protective panel and the housing cover, extract the old pollen filter, taking care of its orientation. Before installing the new element, it is advisable to clean the seat thoroughly, removing leaves, dust, and other accumulated debris. Then insert the new filter, ensuring the airflow direction indicated by the arrows is respected, close the cover, and reattach all previously removed protections. At the end of the process, check the correct operation of the ventilation and air conditioning system.
