Next, get inside the vehicle, turn off the engine, and pull the handbrake. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod; unscrew the fasteners of the engine cover. Once the engine cover is removed, loosen the clamp holding the mass air flow hose; after this, loosen the screws of the filter box cover; remove the cover and take out the old filter element; clean the housing thoroughly and place the new filter in position, then reassemble all parts in reverse order.
