First, get inside the cabin and pry on the side of the plastic cover of the vent to remove it; you will see the diffuser secured by a plastic clip, which you need to press while pulling the air vent simultaneously. This will allow you to remove the air diffuser, replacing it with a new one if necessary; similarly, you can replace the other air vents.
