How to Replace the Speakers on the Alfa Romeo 147?

To replace the speaker on the Alfa Romeo 147, you need to remove the door panel: to do this, remove the protective covers located at the top of the armrest and in the internal handle slot. Loosen the screws found under these covers; the other screws to loosen will be near the window switch and at the bottom of the panel. Once removed, you can detach the panel after disconnecting the relevant connector. At this point, loosen the bolts securing the speaker, disconnect it, and replace it.
