First, open the rear door and start by unscrewing the screws found on the door panel, particularly near the grab handle and opening mechanism; also remove the window switch, as shown in the video.

Once the door panel is removed, you can unscrew the side screws of the speaker; disconnect the electrical connector found at the back to remove it and replace it with the new one!
