How to Remove the Steering Wheel from an Alfa Romeo 147

Before you can start, open the front bonnet of your Alfa Romeo 147. Begin by unscrewing and removing the rear Torx screws that secure the steering wheel airbag. Once you have removed the rear Torx screws, you can extract the airbag, disconnect the corresponding rear connector, and finally remove it. This will give you access to the inner nut that secures the steering wheel to the steering column. Proceed to unscrew and remove this nut. Once you have completed this step, you can remove the steering wheel, and you will have finished the disassembly.
