Removing the Steering Wheel Airbag on Alfa Romeo 147

To remove the steering wheel airbag on an Alfa Romeo 147, follow these steps. Before removing the steering wheel, disconnect the battery terminals. Insert a screwdriver into the slots at the back of the steering wheel and unscrew the securing screws that hold the airbag in place. Once the airbag is removed, disconnect the power connectors and take it out from the steering wheel. For reassembly, connect the power connector, then press the airbag back onto the steering wheel. Screw in the airbag securing screws. Reconnect the battery.
