To remove the manufacturer's badge, which is glued on, leverage the sides or puncture it, as illustrated in the video; this way, you should be able to detach the logo. At this point, remove all the old adhesive from the mounting plate using a degreaser; then reassemble the new badge, trying to centre it as best as possible.
