Today, we will see how to disassemble and replace the clutch plates on an Aprilia RX 50, following the instructions below. First, place your bike on a stand and begin unscrewing all the fixing screws located on the side of the clutch cover to remove it; then unscrew the four screws of the clutch pack, removing the metal plate and subsequently all the other plates, as shown in the video. At this point, install the new clutch plates, alternating the cork plate with the metal one; then reassemble everything!
