This guide will show you the procedure to dismantle and replace the variator and belt of the Aprilia Scarabeo 200i scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws on the side cover of the transmission to remove it. Then, unscrew the nut of the fan and clutch bell, and subsequently remove the drive belt, as illustrated in the video. Now, dismantle and replace the variator with the new one, then reassemble the clutch bell and the transmission cover!
