Replacement of the Audi A3 remote control battery

With use and time, the battery that powers the remote control of the Audi A3 runs out and you cannot open and close the doors: at this point we need to replace the battery. To do this, we turn the remote control on the side without buttons, use a small flathead screwdriver to lever along the edge of the back shell and remove it. We will then have access to the battery compartment, using the same tool we lift the old battery, remove it and replace it with a new CR2032 being careful to position the positive pole upwards. Close the back shell by pressing until you hear a click.
