In this video, you can see how to recharge the battery of an Audi A4 if it is dead and does not hold a charge; then you need to proceed with its replacement. Open the trunk, remove the trunk floor, unscrew the ring that secures the support plate and remove it, loosen the negative terminal clamp and remove it, unscrew the four nuts that secure the bracket above the battery.

Loosen and remove the positive terminal clamp, unscrew the bracket at the base of the battery, and remove the vent tube. You can take out the old battery, replace it with a new one of equal specifications, and reassemble all parts in reverse order of disassembly.
