The following steps will show you the procedure for disassembling and replacing the front speaker of the Audi A6. First, open the front door of the vehicle and start removing the plastic cover on the grab handle; then use a Torx screwdriver to remove the screws located underneath and on the door panel, as shown in the video.

Next, remove the door panel to access the speaker; unscrew the mounting screws of the speaker to remove it, disconnecting the electrical connector, and reassemble everything!
