In order to reset the AdBlue warning light that appears on the instrument panel of the Audi Q5, you must go and refill with the necessary amount of additional fluid: to perform the refill, you will need to open the fuel door so that you can locate the blue cap underneath. This cap can now be unscrewed in order to insert the necessary amount of fluid into the respective tank; once the refill has been done correctly, you can turn on the instrument panel to verify that the warning light has disappeared.
