Disassembly and Repair of Window Regulator System

Using a plastic trim tool, release and pull forward the inner trim of the door panel. Remove the screws located under the trim just removed, those at the bottom of the panel, and the one in the designated hole of the inner handle. Then, release the pressure clips of the panel and pull it upward to detach it from the window seal. Disconnect the cable from the inner opening lever and the other connected plugs. Next, remove the soundproofing panel by peeling it along the edges. Unscrew the screws securing the window motor and disconnect the plugs connected to it to extract it. Remove the speaker and free the underlying wiring from the appropriate grommets. Slide the inner seal along the door pillar (only along the window perimeter). Remove the side rubber plug to access the disassembly of the pillar's mounting pin and unscrew all the screws securing the window regulator system, including the one under the triangular plastic cover that must be removed (also retract the plastic support pins of the motor). At this point, extract the window regulator system, complete with window, along with the door pillar. Remove the screws securing the glass to the lifting system and detach it. Then unscrew the screws securing the two tracks to the door pillar and remove them. Secure the tracks of the new lifting system to the door pillar; reposition the glass and reassemble the entire system to the door by reinstalling everything in reverse order.
