In this video, we see how to activate Bluetooth on the Audi Q7: we need to go to the central console and select the "media" button and from there go to the phone control section. Press "start" and it should already be set up! So very easy.

If you use a music streaming platform such as Spotify, Deezer, or YoutubeMusic, it will start playing your playlist starting from the first song, following the settings you have set on your device, either in the set sequence or randomly. If you want to go back to the phone, just move the cursor to the "phone" option and you're done.
