Front Brake Pad Replacement

Model: Audi A4 B6 - Years 2000-2004

Loosen the wheel nuts and lift the vehicle securely. Remove the wheel by unscrewing the bolts. Using a ratchet wrench, unscrew the two bolts of the caliper. Remove the return spring of the pads and then take out the retainers. Remove the worn brake pads by pulling them from their seat. Install the new pads, ensuring the correct orientation and placing the one with the electrical contacts facing inward. Reattach the caliper with the two bolts. Reinstall the wheel. Reset the position of the pistons by pushing them inward. Check the brake fluid level and ensure it is not at the minimum.
