License plate light replacement on Audi Q7? Here’s how to replace the damaged bulb. Open the trunk hood, and using a screwdriver or plastic lever, remove the plastic light fixture located in the rear hatch on the car's body (remove the screws). Once the light fixture is removed, extract the socket, then the bulb from it. Install the new bulb (same size and voltage) into the socket, and reattach the light fixture to the body of the hatch. Finally, test the proper functioning of the installed bulb.
