How to install the rear camera on an Audi A3 8P

Let's see how to install the rear camera on an Audi A3 8P: the path goes from the tailgate to the rubber channel, to the ceiling, to the side pillar, to the interior under the carpet, behind the radio. The rear camera is powered by the positive with PIN 1 of the reverse light connector (blue/red wire - first on the left); the negative ground on the body (brown wire) for power we will use a current tap. The camera physically must be inserted into the hole of the plastic plate of the tailgate, and fixed inside with bolts. We will pass the cable through the hole. Connect the power connector to the camera, the video cable to the main unit and secure all the cables along the path. The result is a flicker-free operation, and a perfect integration of the rear camera.
