How to remove the cabin air filter in an Audi A6? You can find the cabin filter in the lower right of the glove compartment. Use a plastic trim tool to pry off the cover located at the lower left of the dashboard. Get a screwdriver or a cordless drill, remove the cap from the filter housing, then extract the worn cabin filter. Insert a new cabin filter, ensuring it fits snugly against the walls of the housing, reattach the cap of the filter housing, and tighten the screws. Check the proper installation of the previously mounted parts.
