How to remove the ventilation fan on Audi A3. Use a plastic lever to remove the fabric cover under the glove compartment (unscrew the screws). Unscrew the securing screws located above the fan cover with a screwdriver. Once this is done, pull off the cap with the fan after disconnecting the power cables. Clean the fan thoroughly (disassemble the fan and its parts). Refit (replace) the previously removed fan and all its components under the glove compartment. Check the voltage regulator and its correct operation.
