The screen will turn off and then turn back on by itself, displaying the Audi logo. This can be used when an app is unresponsive or the screen has frozen. To restore the system to factory settings, deleting all personal settings (if the previous method did not work); go to "settings", then "general", and then "factory settings". You will likely be asked for a PIN, which you can find in the MyAudi app or by asking your dealer. If no issues are resolved, then you need to rely on Audi support, which will solve the problem with specialized diagnostics.
