In your Audi Q5, the MMI multimedia system may freeze or show signs of malfunction. In these cases, you can try to resolve the issue by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial.

First, ensure that the system is actually powered on, then simultaneously press the "SETUP" button, the large central knob, and the upper right directional arrow. At this point, hold the three buttons for about 2 seconds, or until the display turns off and then restarts.
